Typically, water leakage in such refrigeration units stems from high humidity levels, which cause moisture to build up inside the cabinet. Meanwhile, if the water collection tray is of insufficient capacity to hold all the accumulated water, leakage will occur. Compared with standard glass-door coolers, open-air curtain chillers are more prone to this problem—their open design leads to greater moisture accumulation. To address this, we’ve equipped the unit with an enlarged water drain pan and a heating tube, which work together to facilitate the automatic and efficient evaporation of accumulated water, effectively preventing any leakage.
